As URD uses SourceForge, you can download the latest version from there.
If you're feeling particularly brave, you may try out a SVN snapshot, these may be buggy but will likely have more features than
the latest stable release. You can 'check out' with:
svn co https://urd.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/urd/trunk urd
